Enter the LifeWise Heart Truth Pledge Challenge
Enter the LifeWise Heart Truth Pledge Challenge LifeWise, RadioShack's
brand of health and wellness products, brings you the Heart Truth
Pledge Challenge, a nationwide initiative to motivate Americans
to make over their lifestyles from the inside out. By tackling high
blood pressure, high cholesterol and/or body fat, participants can
become eligible to win a grand prize package valued at $20,000.
Developed with the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute's
Heart Truth campaign, the LifeWise Heart Truth Pledge challenges
women to improve their heart health and convert awareness into action.
Unlike the trendy makeovers focused merely on the superficial results
of appearance, the Challenge will reward an individual for reversing
their risks for heart disease. The most compelling heart-health
turnaround story submitted will be awarded the grand prize compsisting
of $10,000 in cash, a $5,000 home gym and $5,000 makeover/shopping
spree.
I'm working with LifeWise to generate excitement about the Challenge
by travelling to Philadelphia, Chicago, San Diego, Dallas and Miami
with the Road Show in March and April. A few women in each city
will receive their own personal lifestyle makeover appointment with
me and the Lifewise Team, based on my SHOW ME! Diet and the program
I've outlined in The Healthy Heart Miracle. Then these women will
be asked to track their progress for 12 weeks and share their experiences
with local media.
